One technology that has affected entertainment is the HDTV or the High Definition-Television. HDTV is a digital television broadcasting system with higher resolution than traditional television systems and its digitally broad casted. It works by using digital television signals which require less bandwidth due to digital video compression. This is a lot better then the regular T.V because the clarity and and resolution almost makes you fell like your actually there at what your watching. HDTV are a great technology to have if u want to be entertained....

Traveling

A technology that has greatly affected traveling is the Global Positioning System also known as the GPS. There are many reason on why this technology has affected traveling so much. The GPS is a navigation system that is guided by a series of satellite systems developed by the United States Department of Defense. What this does is that the satellites transmit a precise microwave signals which enable GPS receivers to determine their current location, the time, and their velocity. GPS can be very helpful to people. One example is when you trying to get somewhere and your lost, you simply look at your GPS and it tells you where you are and where u should go.

Economy

A huge technology that has affected the economy is YouTube. There are many reasons how YouTube has affected the economy. YouTube is a video sharing website where users can upload, view or share video clips. YouTube is an easy website to get to and also very easy to use once there. The reason why YouTube is affecting our economy is because if people miss something on T.V or in real life then they would want to know what it is and they just go on YouTube. This is not good because considering our economy is going down that means people can watch other people on YouTube talking about being angry, depressed, and sad that the economy is ruining their lives and it affects the watcher because they think that it could happen to them as well.
Its very different from the T.V because on YouTube you can choose what you want to watch and have an option unlike the T.V. On T.V they could be playing movies or T.V shows and your not worried or thinking about the economy, but on YouTube you can right away go at the issues our economy is facing and leaving you shocked and destroyed. That kind of affect leaves you unhappy and sad and it affects how you preform your job or how you do in school.

Education

One huge Technology that affects education and schooling is the computer. There are many reasons why the computer affects education. One reason is that its very easy for teachers to store information on them. They store attendance records, grades, and even notes. Teachers are able to store those informations very easily instead of going through the painful process of getting a grade book or attendance book and plotting down all of the information with their hands. Another reason why computers have affected education is that every school has a computer so students can go online and search information on them.

Politics

One major way how technology has affected politics is through the television. Its affected politics that way because when the presidential candidates are campaigning they seek to get the support of people through commercial ads, the radio, and even through the phone. This is a huge factor for the candidates because even though they might be campaigning everyday trying to go at every city, it’s going to be impossible for them to get the word out to every person in the United States. So through this technology it makes the process a lot faster and less painful for them, and it’s an easier way to bash the opponent through a commercial rather than telling him in person and taking the risk of starting up a fight.

World Conflict-The Affected Citizen

A major technology that has affected citizens is when the United States dropped "Little Boy" and "Fat Man" over the city of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Also know as the atomic bombings of Japan. This was a devastating blow to this major cities. The major problem was not only when it got dropped and many people died but because it exploded many people were affected by the radioactive debris. What that means is that not only did people had to face the consequences of getting injured they also had to worry about how this would affect their children and grandchildren. Radioactive energy destroys and affects genes inside the body therefore affecting everyone.

World Conflict

Technology has affected world conflict in many ways. One major way how it affected it is that in World War II a very important weapon was invented the Bazooka. Its a serious of anti-armor and anti-bunker man portable rocket launcher that was very popular during World War II. The reason why the bazooka was so popular back then is because if you were in a war and a tank rolls in you cant just stop it with bullets. The best way to stop it would have been with a bazooka because it had range and was easy to carry around. Now the bazooka has become a little more modern and its called an RPG a rocket propelled grenade. Its the same thing as before pretty much but with a little changes. Its more powerful and its easier to carry.
